His entrepreneurial spirit led him to achieve remarkable success while guiding teams within small and medium-sized businesses.
Shay boasts a diverse skill set that encompasses financial analysis, adept reporting, budget management, online data security, process automation, team development, and effective training strategies.

Shay proudly holds the title of a Texas A&M University alumnus and remains actively engaged with The Association of Former Students. He’s a fervent advocate for higher education and takes pleasure in supporting his alma mater. You’ll often find him at football games in College Station.
